Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.
- You can calculate your shipping fee for your order by entering your zip code and clicking the "Go!" button in your shopping cart. If you select a different shipping method during checkout your actual shipping cost may be higher.
- Select products qualify for free shipping. These products will be shipped insured, in a timely manner, by a carrier chosen by us. Free shipping orders can be expected to arrive 3-10 business days from date of shipment.
Shipping Options
We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose USPS.
UPS
- Guaranteed delivery time.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from UPS. Please make sure that someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package and sign for it.
US Postal Service (Express & Priority)
- Express & Priority Mail shipments are trackable.
- Express shipments generally arrive in one business day.
- Priority shipments generally arrive in two business days.
- Express & Priority Mail shipments do NOT have a guaranteed arrival time.
- USPS, not Cameramall, has determined that some destinations require additional delivery time.
US Postal Service (Regular)
- Shipments sent via US Postal Service can take significantly longer than with UPS or FedEx to reach their destination and cannot be tracked.

US Customers
We ship to:
- Any residential address
- Your place of business
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- US territories and possessions
* We do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts, PMB, FedEx or UPS locations.
* P.O. Boxes can only be delivered to via the US Postal Service.
* You can save and edit your shipping and billing address in the My Account section.
Delivery Times
- If your order is being shipped from CameraMall (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not "In Stock" cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.)
- Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
- Order cutoff times for all shipping methods including 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Options are:
Monday - Friday: 3:00pm EST.
- Orders placed after the order cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.
- Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at CameraMall. Availability on these items will show as Drop Ship or Special Order.
Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive.
Special Order: If one of the items in your order includes one of these non-regularly stocked items we will ship your "In Stock" items normally and ship your Special Order item(s) when they arrive at CameraMall. If you would like us to ship the "In Stock" items with your Special Order item(s) please indicate that in the Comments section on the payment page during your checkout. The shipping method chosen will be used once CameraMall gets the item in stock.
Pre-Order: If one of the items in your order includes one of these non-regularly
stocked items we will ship your "In Stock" items normally and ship your
Pre-Ordered item(s) when they arrive at CameraMall. If you would
like us to ship the "In Stock" items with your Pre-Ordered item(s)
please indicate that in the Comments section on the payment page during
your checkout. The shipping method chosen will be used once CameraMall
gets the item(s) in stock.
* The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carriers website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website (login not required).
* CameraMall generally packs orders Monday - Saturday. However, orders packed by CameraMall on Saturdays or Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on a Saturday or Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next business day.
* Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
* Please note: All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
Sales Tax
State of Michigan customers: CameraMall.com collects a 6% sales tax in the State of Michigan only. We are required to charge Michigan sales tax on the entire order amount; including the items and the cost of shipping.
All other US customers: CameraMall.com does not collect sales tax for any states other than Michigan. If your state requires sales tax to be paid, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay those taxes. CameraMall.com is not liable or responsible for collecting or paying sales tax for orders shipped outside the the State of Michigan.
